SEA-LIMITHS
Sea Level Rise Impacts on Italian Hospitality
The SEA-LIMITHS project stands at the forefront of a crucial investigation into the economic and environmental impacts of coastal sea-level rise, particularly focusing on the hospitality industry. With a unique approach that harnesses the power of Artificial Intelligence (AI), this project aims to illuminate the often-overlooked transmission channel from climate change to hospitality infrastructure losses.
This video was commissioned by Vilane G. Slese, SEA-LIMITHS Principal Investigator at the Euro-Mediterranean Center on Climate Change| Ca' Foscari University of Venice, with the support of RFF-CMCC European Institute on Economics and the Environment (EIEE).
This visual project aim to comunicate the scientific results of the SEA-LIMITHS investigation, through an acaptivating narrative, showing how positive experiences can drive the change in this era of profound environmental mutation and preserve the beauty and the social economic system of the North Adriatic coast of Italy.
